My outlook is not sending an receiving, it says 0 tasks
when the window opens.
I had created a new user profile for a network server
logon, but did not even use outlook under that or transfer
any pst files. I also upgraded from access 2000 to 2003 but
used custom and did NOT update any other MS office products
(including Outlook).
When I logged on locally again my outlook had changed from
internet to workgroup mail configuration. I had to switch
back and renter account info. It then worked once, but when
computer was restarted is gave current problem. I logged
onto network user and opened outlook and it had my account
info and received. I tried again locally and would not.
Have deleted network server profile completely, but problem
still exists.
What do I need to change?
