outlook "Send" shortcut key

Once a new message is opened, what is the shortcut key to send it?

I keep accidentally hitting CTL+whatever_it_is and my message goes out
prematurely.

I look like a real jackass and this doesn't help the situation.

It must be close to copy and paste, because I am trying to ctl+v paste when
this happens

CTRL+S. Yeah, I do this all the time too.

You can configure your messages to be held for a period of time (1 minute?)
in your outbox to prevent this from happening...
