I am using outlook 2003 SP1 on a winXP Pro machine. I have two pop accounts
set up in Outlook. One for business and one for personal messages.
Sometimes when I send a message it gets sent from the wrong address even
though I have chosen which account to use. It will say "this message will be
sent using "personal" account", but it may get sent via my business account.
I have also had problems with my outgoing mail servers. Does outlook try to
send via all available outgoing mail servers? If so can this option be
turned off. Could this be part of the problem and does anyone know how to
prevent this from happening?
