Outlook Sending Graphics Turn to Red X - Solution

B

Bernie Adams

I have been having a prbolem sending graphics embedded in my e-mails
(signatures) for quite some time. There are a lot of discussions
surrounding this problem. This also translates into the recipient
getting a red X in the e-mail.

I was using 'JPG' or JPeg files for my graphics. Once I switched the
graphics to 'GIF' files, the problem went away. Somewhere I had
remembered that JPG files are not considered internet friendly but GIF
files were.

Hope this helps people not tear their hair out like I have been.
