Outlook sending mysterious emails

Everytime I send an email, there is a second email being sent at the same
time. It has no record of the email but it always shows 1 more email being
sent then the number I send. Any Ideas?

"it always shows" - who is "it"? Please describe exactly what you are
seeing, also your Outlool version and account type.

Have you scanned your system for malware recently?
