Outlook Sending Options

When creating a new email it is possible to 'have replies sent to' feature
turned on under options. Can you switch thuis feature on permanently.

What type of account? Did you set the reply recipient on the properties for
the account?

Since you don't state your Outlook version, the following is for OL
2002/2003.

Click Tool>E-mail Accounts>Next. Select your account. Click Change, then
More Settings. Set the Reply E-mail to whatever address you want. Click
OK>Next>Finish.

Sorry i should have said this is Outlook working with exchange 2000.

We want to set the reply address to be one that belongs to another of our
domains, that is held by another server at another site.
Eg Site A server is MSN.co.uk, and Site B is msn.com

We want an outlook pc in site B to send an email with a reply address of
msn.co.uk.

Neither msn.com nor msn.co.uk are Exchange servers, to the best of my
knowledge. Where does Exchange enter into it?

If you are using Exchange, has the SMTP interface been enabled? If so, you
can create a POP account (and remove it from the send/receive group for
receiving) that points to the Exchange server's SMTP port and specify the
reply-to for that account. Then when you want to send a message with that
reply-to, you can specifically select that account. The message will still
go out through Exchange but will have the reply address yuo want.
