Outlook Sends but does not receive

W

Wayne

I've had two Microsoft techs work with me for 2 hours
total, trying to help me make the transition from Outlook
Express to Outlook. All mail and addresses, etc.
transferred as they should. I can send e-mail from
Outlook but incoming mail continued going to Express.
First tech worked on it for 30 minutes, eventually
deleting Express. But no incoming mail.

Second tech worked 90 minutes, gave me 22 e-mails that
were being held up (some of these were test e-mails).
Tech said everything was OK. But that was last night and
nothing has come through to Outlook, even though I have
had several test e-mails sent.

I am ready to go back to Express.

Please use this e-mail address because as I say above, I
cannot receive: (e-mail address removed).

What version of Outlook are you using? Providing assistance/troubleshooting
is impossible without this basic information.

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
