Outlook sends duplicate emails to recepients (I found a link)

I found on symantec's knowledge base that Norton AV email scanning could be the problem. Try this in your search on Symantec's site: Microsoft Outlook or Outlook Express sends duplicate emails when Norton AntiVirus email scanning is enabled.
