Outlook Sent Items are not saved in Sent Items Folder

Hello,

Somebody may have already raised this question but...

Outlook Sent Items are not saved in Sent Items Folder even user can send
email sucessfully.

Below is the configuration. All seems fine but Sent Items are not saved in
Sent Items Folder.
"Save copies of messages in Sent Items Folder" is checked in E-mail Options.
In Advanced E-mail Options, "In folders other than the Inbox, save replies
with original message" is unchecked.

I uninstalled the Outlook 2007 and reinstall but the problem still persisted.

I appreciate if you give me any advice!!

The next time this person composes a message to send, before they send it,
have them click open the message options (I'm not at my OL 2007 system right
now, so can't tell you the exact location) and examine the check box that
says whether or not the message should be saved. Is it checked there?
