Outlook Sent Items

Having tried to backup file; export .pst I now have
neither backup file nor sent items folder! Where are they?

When you back-up Outlook data you don't want to use Export. Just copy the
original pst-file on your harddrive to a save location. When you are on an
Exchange server your administrator will probably take care of the back-ups;
ask him/her if you're not sure.
