Some users are having problems tracking emails sent, they are not able to see
who they are sending emails to, this is becoming problems as tracking of
emails is very important in our work.
The user ID in sent items in all fields (to, cc, bcc etc) are left black, no
names nothing, yet the emails are still arriving at places.
Can you tell me if this is a bug with Outlook or the way users are sending
emails?
