OUTLOOK service gives an error called "rejeced safe mode action"

Hi,

I have written a windows service in C# which queries outlook 2003 to read
the mails but the service throws an error "Rejected Safe Mode action" :
Microsoft Office Outlook.

Any way that I can avoid this error.
