Outlook setup on Peer to Peer Network

I have Office XP Professional installed on host PC running Windows XP
Professional. I have a copy of Office 2000 SBE to install on the client PC.
I have multiple users setup on each PC. I loaded Office XP Professional on
the host PC before hooking up the client (I don't know if this makes any
difference). I disabled instant messaging on the host PC by unchecking the
messenger box in options.

I am ready to install Office 2000 which is an OEM version on the client PC,
but I don't know how I should set this up so I can get email on both PC's or
if there is a way to do this without purchasing additional software or
buying exchange server?

If I setup each user on each PC with same email details is there a way to
sync the mail/contacts etc on each PC periodically so they each have the
same email/contact etc info for each user?

I don't want to log on one PC get my email and not have it show up when I
log onto the 2nd PC.

There's no native way to share your data just using Outlook (NetFolders
won't work in OLXP, but it was buggy and best avoided anyway), but see if
http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/share.htm helps.
