outlook setup

When I try to configure outlook to access my mailbox on
exchange server, I click on Check Name button, it give me
error message
"Name cannot be resolve. The bookmark is not valid"

Do not know where is the cause for this error...
When I try using OWA to open the mailbox, it works
alright.

Please help ..
