i have exchange server with outlook 2003 clients. i came across this problem,
if i have user running in cashed mode and switch back to non cashed mode all
calendar items entered in cashed mode dissaper, also in cashed mode if
calendar is opened by another user non of the items enterd in cashed mode are
there, i think this is a just a side effect of it
