Outlook sharing

Vista Ultimate, Outlook 2007 Ultimate, two users set up, myself and my wife,
I want any changes made to either of our outlook or contact files to show up
on the others. Can you tell me how to accomnplish this?

you want to share the contacts? put the pst in a shared location both
accounts have access to and add it to the profile.
