Outlook Shortcut Bar Fonts

This morning I opened Outlook, and the fonts in the
shortcut bar (only) had changed. No other system fonts
appear to have changed.

Any clue how I change these back?

Restore original buttons and menus on a built-in toolbar
1.. On the View menu, point to Toolbars, and then click Customize.

2.. Click the Toolbars tab.
3.. In the Toolbars box, click the name of the toolbar you want to
restore.
4.. Click Reset.

The Outlook Shortcut Bar is not one of the toolbars
listed on this menu. Do you have other suggestions?

Also, I tried starting Outlook with the
command /resetoutlookbar. It reset the icons, but not
the fonts.
