Hi all
I have a Citrix environment where I want to install an
Outlook shortcut to a form. I have the following:
"D:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office10
\OUTLOOK.EXE" /c "IPM.Note.Options Initial Incident"
If Outlook is running already on the the Thin-Client, I
can click this shortcut and the form pops up just fine.
If Outlook is not running - clicking the shortcut results
in an error dialog box - ".... Outlook encountered a
problem and will be restarted .... sorry for the
inconvenience ..... do you want to send this to
Microsft ....". Once I close this error box, Outlook is
loaded to a normal Outlook session, but the form doesn't
load.
Anyone offer any suggestions here
