Outlook should add an easy-click field for e-mails listed in view.

I like Outlook

I'm a long time user of Outlook, lots of e-mail in and out my Inbox and Sent
folder on daily base, many e-mails had been queuing up for long time waiting
to be taken care of, or to be revisited not just for reading.

I'd like to see Outlook add a field (or change the colour of the adding
field) in the e-mail view panel so I can easily click on the field to mark
the e-mail which had been taken care of by a simple "tick" or "colour" change
to differentiate them from those e-mail still kept in the same folder waiting
to be closed someday. So I can easily searching what items or e-mails still
waiting for my answer or no longer need my attention (unfortunately I can't
delete all the items closed, since I may have a need to revisit them later).

Thanks for your attention.

Yours sincerely

Flags don't do what you want to do?
