Outlook should allow for scheduling recurrences on the fifth occurence of a
day of the week each month, for example, the fifth Saturday, even though this
only happens once each quarter. Our business schedules some special events
this way, and it is inconvenient to have to go through the calendar to enter
these by hand each time.
