Outlook should allow travel time to be added to appointments

In outlook's calendar there is no convenient way now to block out travel time
without entering separate appointments for the trips , or amalgamating it
with the appointment, thus obscuring the actual appointment time on the
calendar.

Ideally, there would be a checkbox for "travel required", then a way to set
the amount of travel time each way, and the appointment would block out the
travel time on the calendar. The current dark blueish border of the
appointment could extend before and after the appointment by the travel time
allotted. For example, a 1 hr meeting at 1pm, with 1/2 hour travel
allowance, would show up as a block from 12:30 - 2:30, with the 1:00-2:00
designated as the meeting as it is now, and the 12:30-1:00 and 2:00-2:30 as
travel indicated by a fatter border covering those times.

This would be especially useful for appointments with longer travel times
required, since in the current situation, someone looking at your calendar
might assume you are available when in fact you will be in transit.
