Outlook should allow users to

turn on or turn off the Show in Groups feature for multiple or all folders at
one time (it being an annoying feature, anyone wanna guess what the default
should be?).

I hated it at first as well but I wouldn't want it otherwise now. I did turn
on shading though to make things look a bit better.
