I'm using Office XP, Outlook 2003. I want to store all messages, sent and
received, relevant to a subject, stored in one folder. With the current
program I have to take the following steps: in a new e-mail that I'm about to
send, I open 'Options', then click 'options' (again) and click 'browse' with
the checkmark "Save message to', select the folder I wish the sent item to be
stored in and finally, click Close. This procedure can be automated, I guess?
In Pegasus, you can configure the program to ask where to save the message,
upon sending. I learned to value this feature highly and would appreciate a
comparable one in Outlook.
