outlook should creat a manager distribution check off list

this would be simialar to .. example

( ) John Doe

( ) Mary Doe

( ) XXX XXXXX

Dept heads names would be placed in the template. secretary then would
check one name on one sheet for a distribution that dept. head would be given
to ensure proper distribution.

Outlook suggestions would more properly be posted to an Outlook NG.
