Either (a) the user could create a list of trigger words (e.g. "status
report") OR (b) Outlook could just look for forms of the word "attach". When
the user clicked Send, if Outlook found a trigger word in the subject or body
of the memo but no file was attached, a dialog box would pop up asking if the
user intended to attach something. Perfect for people like myself who get
all self-enamored with their prose detailing the nature of the attachment ...
and then forget to attach it.
