In the Junk mail options in Outlook there should be an option when outlook
identifies any mail as Junk Mail it should download only header of that mail.
In this case the user can save a lot of bandwidth and time and he will not be
forced to see those nasty images and stuffs coming to the PC. Not only that
it will defeat the aim of those spammers and junk mail senders.
