Outlook should have a bi-weekly recurrence feature.

I have alot of tasks that require a bi-weekly reminder. Outlook only has a
weekly then a monthly selection.

Look again. The weekly occurrence lets you specify every 2 weeks.

Could you have it repeat every two weeks? That's a recurrence option.
