Outlook should keep a record of cancelled appointments & new appointments.
What if we dont want to dismiss the appointment already scheduled. We had to
cancel it due to some reason. A new appointment takes its place. But we also
want to keep a record of the cancelled appointment.
More colors are needed, I suggest, and specific category called cancelled
appointment (But it should not cover the space, only the edge or corner of
the appointment timeline.)
