Outlook should keep HTML format intact when fowarding

Outlook should keep my default email format when fowarding or replying an
email origionally sent in Plain Text, Rich Text, or HTML fromat. If there
are other who would not want this feature, then I would suggest that it be an
option in Outlook settings.
