Outlook should let me create distribution list that only Bcc's.

Some emails should be Bcc'd only, when sent to a personal distribution list.
In my business we send out group emails to customers. We are not supposed to
let customers know who else might be copied on the email for competitive
reasons. It never fails however that different Salespeople on occasion
forget to Bcc and they Cc everyone in the distribution list.

I wish there was a way to create a distribution list that could only be
Bcc'd to the customer distribution list.
