When I have made a mistake, or when an email address has changed, I want to
be able to edit the nickname cache that is created when Outlook memorizes
email addresses I have sent to. It appears that the only way to stop getting
the wrong email suggested to me is to delete the entire cache and start over.
That is really not a good option when only one name is wrong.
