Outlook should let me rearrange contact notes section

Outlook 2003 moved the note section to the right from the bottom. It
restricts the length of the lines and wastes space. Now, there is a lot of
unusable and wasted space to the left.
Can I move the notes back to the bottom and all the way acroos the bottom?

Yes, if you want to use a custom form. See

Hi Sue, Thank you for your reply. I get to tools/forms, etc. What I want is
the look and design of the "Contacts" form that pops up, like old Outlook,
but When I save it, it comes up like the new outlook form. I just cannot get
it to look like the form chooser looks. This is very frustrating to sat the
least! And, I'm pretty good with software.

You need to make at least one modification to the first page.
