Outlook should let me reply and delete in one action

R

Robert Kristiansen

I have huge problems with large amounts of emails. Other email clients I have
seen have a functiion that is reply-and-delete. When I am using Outlook and I
have replied to an email I must manually delete it after. It makes a lot of
job.

A function to reply-and-delete would make my day a lot more effecient.

Does it mean that you know about a function in Outlook where you can reply to
and delete it in one transaction?

Tips of the month:
-What do the Outlook Icons Mean?
-Create an Office 2003 CD slipstreamed with Service Pack 1

No, there is no native option for that. You might be able to achieve this
with some programming (macro). Check with the developers in
outlook.program_vba

Thanx for the reply!

Strange that Outlook does not support such a basic function?
Hmm....

Do you know of any programmer who can help me? I am willing to pay for the
programming.

Just post there and see who jumps first ;-) (I bet Sue Mosher or Eric
Legault)
There are a lot of Outlook MVP's there as well.
