Outlook scrolls much too quickly when dropping a task onto the daily
calendar. This is something I do at least once a day and is very annoying.
I suggest either slowing down the scrolling or enable hovering over the
scroll bar to scroll the window in a more controlled fashion. I always end
up scrolling all the way to the top, all the way to the bottom, then back
again a few times until I even get close to where I want to be.
