When the network connection dies while Outlook 2003 is attempting an IMAP
folder operation, such as updating the local Inbox or setting a flag, Outlook
waits a long time until the connection times out. During this time, it isn't
possible to do anything else with Outlook. I think this should be fixed,
since waiting for a connection timeout can take a long time.
