Outlook currently uses the junk e-mail filter before the rules are applied.
Since the junk filter is not 100% reliable, I still must search through all
the junk. I have rules setup that completely delete e-mail that is
unquestionably junk, thus reducing the amount of junk e-mails that I have to
scan.
I would like to be able to have the option to have Outlook process my rules
before the junk e-mail filter gets its turn.
