Outlook should verify that there is an attachment

Suggestion: Outlook should verify that there is an attachment when the sender
intended for there to be an attachment. Look for the phrases "I have
attached", "see attached" or "in the attached". This will lower the number
of "Oops! I forgot the attachment" emails.
