Outlook shuts down

Any idea on why Outlook 2007 would after about 90 seconds say the following

"Microsoft Outlook has encountered problem and needs to close."

It then asks to send a report to Microsoft. I have tried everything ,
including buying a new Office Pro 2007 upgrade and it did nothing at all.

Any ideas?
