Outlook Shuts Down

I am having trouble with Outlook 2003 on a Vista Operating System. Outlook
will download messages and then give me an error and shutdown. How do I fix?

Since the error is the key to the problem, what does it say?

Mine is saying: "Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook. Cannot open Microsoft
Office Outlook". What can be done to fix it???? I know there is a code, it
works for one day and then stops the next time you start your computer.
