Outlook signature double-spacing

One of my outlook signatures double-spaces itself when I
try to use it in Outlook 2003. When I go to edit it, it
appears fine. I'm trying to figure out how to keep this
from happening again.

Edit it and remove the ENTERs you've typed and replace them with SHIFT+ENTER
ENTER = paragraph
SHIFT+ENTER = line break
