I have perused this newsgroup to research questions on adding signatures to Outlook messages - especially jpeg signature or logo files. Surprisingly all questions concerning adding picture files to an Outlook message have gone unanswered. There seems to be considerable interest in this subject
The solution seems to be a stationery that would allow the user to insert (use) a logo and/or signature file. The requirements would seem to be that the inserted files are (a) very small and (b) do not ignite spam or virus programs to go berzerk. I'm sure with the creative experts on this board that someone, maybe even MSFT, would have the capability to design something like this
At a minimum, maybe the MVPs on this board could write a FAQ that would explain the limits of Outlook's signature capability (obviously avoiding the simple how to stuff which is contained in Outlook's help file)
