Outlook slow

Hi all,

We have a user that just got a new PC. Now when she opens Outlook (2002) it
takes about 30 seconds for it to open her email (we're using Exchange 5.5).
It didn't do this on her old PC. Any ideas why it would be slow to load on
a new PC but not her old PC?

Have her go to Tools -> Options -> Other and turn off Instant Messaging
integration - that may help.
