Outlook slows shutdown: OutlookFBThreadWnd

About 30% of the time I shut windows down but it gets temporarily hung up on
something in outlook that is still running in the background. I get a
message that OutlookFBThreadWnd is still running. I have looked all over for
a reference to this peculiar file or program and have found none. Any
suggestions?

By the way, ocasionaly I also encounter a program called M that will not
close.
