Outlook so slow at normal tasksI am loosing my mind

It takes about 13 seconds to move from one email subject
title to the next, and about the same amount of time to
delete an email and just get to the next one. My
responce time did not used to be this slow. I have tried
detect and repair, have dumped as many emails from
storage as I can, can't think of what else to do to speed
things up. Anyone know what is wrong?
