Outlook software for hotmail installed now cannot create new msg

Have loaded some software into Outlook which allows me to automatically check
for mail on my hotmail account. It worked fine on one of my PCs but on the
other it now doesn't allow me to create new messages. Also it has stopped my
Internet Explorer working. Have backed it out but still makes no difference.

Did you reboot? Does outlook work at all? Is IE crashing?

when you say you backed out, did you uninstall or use system restore? (Use
both - uninstall then restore to before it was installed)
