I a couple of very unusual problems.
1) Outlook 2003 and Outlook 2007
2) In an Exchange mailbox used concurently by 6 users
3) There are over 70,000 emails in the inbox and over 15,000 in sent items
4) On 3 of the machines the following problems are occuring
a) When trying to sort by sender, by groups, the user group will be titled
with the sender name, the first email, will be from that sender, but
additional emails can be from other senders .
b) When taking off the "show in groups," I can view the items sequentially,
correctly (with one exception).
c) That exception is that when the sort goes by name, a user who has an
email in our Inbox (verified visiaully) from today's date, when sorted by
name, the newest email is from June. This is happening for multiple senders
(not necesarrilly June, but some time in the past, although they have new
items.
Any input would be greatly appreciated.
