Outlook SP2 - Mail Merge?

Is it possible to have an email group of say 20 suppliers and each month a
standard template can be emailed to each supplier saying hello supplier 1 for
supplier 1 and hello supplier 2 for supplier 2 etc. I know its easy to do in
Microsoft Word but is it possible in outlook to do some kind of mail merge?

In Outlook I typed "Mail Merge" in the Help Box at the top right part of page
(as you should to see other links) and one of the links instructs on mass
emails via Mail Merge in Word as follows:
