Outlook spikes CPU usage with no recovery

Hi,

Thanks for anyone's help, I'm a novice. I downloaded SP
2 on a desktop, I couldn't restart my machine, so I did a
system restore, and now I can't use my Outlook program.
When I do, it spikes the CPU usage to 100% and it stays
there until I get out of Outlook. Worse, it's doing the
same thing to my laptop. For both, when I log-off, I get
a program that's not responding called THORCONNWINDCLASS,
whatever that is, and have to "END NOW" to get the
machine to log-off.

Did I get a virus? Did I lose something when I
downloaded Sp 2? Any ideas?

Thanks in advance.

Dean
