Outlook Starts and Can't read some Reminders

None of my reminders are working on the calandar. I have used the cmd
switches of outlook.exe /cleanreminders and outlook /resetfolders neither
work. This is office 2007 running on a Vista machine. I have read all the
Microsoft help and can't find any other suggestion-- Should I uninstall and
reinstall the application ?

Any help would be appreciated.

This would not repair an Outlook profile.

You could try it with a new Outlook profile:
