I have followed the advice from my last message -
I have renamed the file to outcmd.old and I have disabled
messenger in the Options.
The problem only occurs when I try to send/receive. If I
turn off send/receive every thing is OK but as soon as I
try to manually receive or on opening, Outlook freezes
still.
